(It’s been 4 years since I began sharing this series of stories with you on WordPress. CLICK HERE to read the first issue. Thank you to everyone who has contributed, encouraged, commented and liked. Without you, I’d be scribbling on walls, like a socially challenged lady with too many cats and not enough wool. Thank you. You know who you are. This story is dedicated to YOU, readers past, present and future.) A month has passed and Katherine had developed an inhibitor serum, which slows down the advance of her symptoms, and successfully tested it on willing volunteers. She and Alex both take the inhibitor every day, whilst Alex continues to familiarise herself with the Project Ghost Ship plans. It’s early morning and Alex has been up most of the night. 1. What can I say. Four years! That’s amazing Cheryl. What a journey with these characters, so beautifully drawn, so well written about. and so much enjoyed.
What a fantastic graphic novel this would make as well as a book.

  2. Read your first issue, fascinating for me to go back there before I knew you and the story. Must be an interesting experience for you too, to relive this. I think you have developed as a writer since then. Many kudos to you Cheryl on your quadrennial…brilliant and inspiring in every way, all down the line…

    1. Thanks, John, yes four years seems a long time ago now, and I’m glad you feel that way. I’ve learnt a lot on this journey, and sharing the stories here is a unique and liberating experience.

  3. Cheryl, I am very lucky to have discovered you and your wonderful stories. The characters you created are like good friends. Happy anniversary.

    1. Hi Lee, I’m so glad you feel that way too. The characters are also very dear friends to me, and it makes this journey worthwhile knowing I’m not on my own with my menagerie of imaginary friends. 😀 Thank you.

  4. Hi Cheryl. Brilliant! A really authentic seeming bureaucratic solution to a problem – horrible, but very believable. Another side to Panak. The drawing is stunning!

    1. Hi Richard, thank you, yes it was inevitable really. I’m glad you like the drawing too. Thanks for all your support over the years, it means a lot.
