Molli’s obsession with music and literature brings her to every bar and underground club, looking for emotional and artistic connections. She was brought up in an orphanage, and didn’t know anything about her family. She learnt that no one cared about her. Now 18, she craves for parts of herself disconnected by a lack of history, but doesn’t let anyone get close. She used to believe in steampunk, turned to electro punk and then goth, and vampirism, consuming and exploring every new possibility. Loved your story. You had me on the first sentence and kept me there without a single hesitation. I like the way you avoid phrases/words that may allow the reader drift away to another string of thought. A great skill that us other writers do not have. Thanks for sharing it with us.

First off, I’m honored that you visited my site. Secondly, and most important, you have amazing talent. Your pictures are incredible, and, like your other readers, you had me hooked on the first line. I’m glad Molli made it, but I wondered who the savior was. I haven’t read any other episodes, so I don’t have ANY clues. I think she must have father issues because I was sure that was going to be her father disguised as someone she wouldn’t recognize, but then he just disappeared, unhuman-like. So I am left wondering.

I like the picture, very well drawn. Molli isn’t quite what I imagine a Goth to be like though. It’s interesting all the same, you keep the reader in suspense. Tease them, always tease them and have them wanting more. 🙂

Wonderful wonderful drawings and keen writing. One question: Is the comment, “He obviously has a psychosis” intended to be ironic or serious? If serious, I would ask why. Nothing in the preceding information or character sketch seemed to indicate psychosis, not to me. But if Molli is making some sort of ironic comment to herself, perhaps it works. Otherwise, I wonder..Nevertheless, as a new reader, I really love your blog, both your art and your writing. Your faces have enormous depth of personality and real grittiness and your stories keep the reader on the edge of her seat always. Great stuff.
