Life as a bachelor isn’t working out well for Thomas. After placing his mother in an asylum for insane women, (Bedlam) he’s looking for a wife to replace her. He’s gone to Stepney Union Workhouse, London. CLICK HERE for next chronological story.

The writer gives life to a story, the reader keeps it alive.

And so it begins. After reading a few of your more recent tales, I’m starting chronologically from earliest point in your stories. Hope it doesn’t drive me mad enough to warrant a visit to “Stepney.”
Expect more from one who hopes to enjoy, and learn from, your stories.

Hi Andy, I seriously don’t want to be responsible for your institutionalisation, (crossing fingers you come out of this with your sanity intact….)
Like Andy above I have also had a good look around your site and read some of the stories and I am going to start reading them chronologically too. I am keen to find out more about Thomas and ‘the woman with no name,’ who says she is from another time …………… I look forward to reading some more. Thank you for checking out our blog. 🙂
You’re welcome Tina, and thank you so much, glad you enjoyed reading. Ah, The Woman With No Name, yes, 🙂
Wow – I’m so glad I found this blog, loving the stories from London
Hi Cleo, good to meet you too and thank you so much! Cheryl
You’re welcome I’ll be watching to see if any of the characters go past Cleopatra’s Needle 😉
😀
Hi Cheryl, Great Blog. It’s really unique and I love your illustrations. Thanks
for checking me out. I’m still in the refining process, and hope to keep improving.
You’re welcome and thank you too!
Finding love, it’s what many souls secretly yearn for, um, I think.
