After spending hours inside an isolation cell with Jarad, Alexand was relieved when her mother Inajda finally joined them in the cell. Unfortunately, Alexand learnt very quickly that Inajda was not there for her own protection but was being held as a prisoner due to her association with Anya Ranyevzsky, the woman Alexand had warned her about.

Inajda thought it far too risky to take Alexand and Jarad to the Kyuunansen, as a temporary sanctuary, due to the fact Katherine De Somme is alive and well, onboard. Needing to avoid any potential encounters, (paradoxes) Inajda had no choice but to take her fleeing family to the most secure place in the whole world. The Prison of Souls.

Inajda watched Grace O’Malley’s interrogation of the Amanojuko agent from behind a spy mirror.

Inajda descends a spiral staircase carved deep into the base of Mount Tyree, to where a lower level leads out into a submarine base, guarded by ancient Kyo-Ashita warriors.

Field Marshal Panak took the container holding the Amanojuko agent, with him all the way to Antarctica, where there is another, more secret rebel outpost. It is the gateway to an underground prison city, called the Prison of Souls. Only a few undercover agents know it exists, including Inajda Rekaya.
