This group of patients are symptomatic, some almost as sick as Alexand had been, before she was cured. Heyem is having a tough time dealing with all the suffering.

Hi Darnell, yes, this is quite a difficult subject to write about, but Heyem’s reaction is pretty much how I would feel also. There simply isn’t enough money or resources to help everyone fully.
Sounds like present time: More patients than nurses. They do as much as they can.
